Project: Arch Chino Fragapane - Milan
Location: Tavernerio (CO)
Type: Industrial building
The Fumagalli S.p.A. facility in Tavernerio, designed in the late 1970s by architect Chino Fragapane, is one of the most iconic industrial projects in our region and remains a prime example of functional architecture that combines aesthetics, efficiency, and strong identity.
Originally built by the first generation of the Marzorati family, this collaboration has continued for over fifty years, supporting the company through major maintenance works and successive expansions of the complex, which now covers a total area of approximately 16,000 sqm. Throughout this ongoing process, we have ensured operational continuity while preserving the architectural value of the original design. Each phase is carefully managed, integrating up-to-date technical solutions while respecting the existing architectural language.
Our long-standing relationship with Fumagalli is a source of great pride for us. It reflects our commitment to carrying on the legacy passed down to us with the same passion, and our ability to support companies over time by providing reliability, stability, and comprehensive technical support for the development and evolution of industrial structures—structures that, like this one, remain architectural landmarks in Brianza and Lombardy, also thanks to our contribution.
