Intec – Production and Office Headquarters in Figino Serenza

For Intec Srl, a company operating in the hot and cold forging of iron and steel for industrial machinery, we built a new 4,000 sqm production and office headquarters in Figino Serenza, located in the Brianza area. The building is characterized by a rational and essential architectural style, reflecting the company's technological and innovative identity.

At the core of the project is the production area, designed to accommodate high-precision machinery and processes. The spaces were conceived to ensure operational efficiency, visibility of production cycles, and full control of activities. The structure also includes executive offices and technical areas, built with carefully selected materials and advanced systems to ensure functional performance and long-term durability.
