An Optimized Structure for Production Processes and Advanced Infrastructure
For Tintoria La Serena, a historic textile company with over 50 years of activity, we built in 2001 an industrial complex in Cantù, in the Brianza region, covering a total area of 1,600 sqm. The project involved the construction of a production facility specifically designed to meet the needs of two distinct departments: one for yarn dyeing on cones and the other for hank dyeing, optimizing efficiency, functionality, and the organization of both production processes.
The spaces were developed to integrate advanced technical systems, ensuring high performance in terms of logistics, production, and environmental sustainability. The project also included the construction of infrastructure to support industrial cycles, with targeted solutions for water treatment and purification, in full compliance with environmental regulations.
Material and construction technology choices were guided by the need to ensure durability, safety, and optimized operational environments. Our collaboration with the company continues to this day through expansion, maintenance, and modernization work—demonstrating mutual trust and our expertise in enhancing and improving tailor-made industrial facilities.
