Designed by architects Afra and Tobia Scarpa, this villa in Carimate, in the province of Como, embodies the harmony between elegant minimalism and modern functionality. The residence stands out for its refined use of pure building materials and attention to detail—hallmarks of the Scarpas’ architectural language, known for blending craftsmanship with innovative design. Every element of the villa is conceived to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, establishing a dialogue between geometric forms and the soft vegetation that envelops the structure.

Thanks to our expertise in managing materials and construction details, we succeeded in translating the architects’ vision into a structure that retains its purity and essential nature. Completing this project was both a challenge and an honor, and we are proud to have brought to life a villa aligned with such an extraordinary architectural concept.
