Project: Arch. Tagliabue Alberto - Verano Brianza (CO)
Location: Verano Brianza (CO)
Type: Period villa
Designed by architect Alberto Tagliabue, this villa in Cantù is the result of a meticulous restoration that enhanced the original architecture, leaving parts of the exposed masonry visible as a distinctive feature. The renovation was carried out with great respect for the building’s history, integrating new architectural elements that strike a perfect balance with tradition. Every detail of the construction was handled with precision, meeting the highest standards to deliver a building that has not only regained its original beauty but also acquired new aesthetic and functional dimensions.
We approached this project with the awareness that restoring a historic building requires not only technical expertise but also a deep sensitivity to its past. Each phase of the work was executed with care and precision, ensuring that the new additions harmoniously interact with the existing structure. Our commitment focused on preserving the soul of the building by maintaining the integrity of the original materials and enhancing its distinctive character.
