A project that renews an existing structure, transforming it into a modern and functional residence composed of multiple housing units.

Designed by architects Silvio Palazzo and Lorenzo Porro from Cantù (CO), this residential redevelopment aimed to preserve the integrity of the original building while introducing contemporary architectural solutions. The intervention optimized the interior spaces and adapted the structure to meet today’s housing needs, maintaining a harmonious balance between tradition and innovation.

We carefully oversaw each phase of the construction process, ensuring that the quality of execution faithfully reflected the design vision. The result is a multi-family residence that fits seamlessly into the Brianza landscape, maintaining a dialogue between the historical memory of the building and the requirements of contemporary living.
